Access the Marketplace Easily

You can access the cyBUY Marketplace directly through Workday, you can find instructions on our Quick Reference: cyBUY Ordering.

Use Return Links

If you need to return to the marketplace, the back button on your Internet browser may be available, depending on how many clicks you have made within a supplier catalog. Alternatively, if you add an item to your cart, you can check out back to the marketplace and then remove the item from your cart if not needed. Some suppliers have an easy option to return to the marketplace; see below for options.

  •  Checking out without items in your cart - Clicking on the checkout button without items in your cart will bring you back to the marketplace, for the following suppliers:
  • Sign off option link - Supplier language will vary for returning to the marketplace for the following suppliers:

Familiarizing yourself with the Symbols

  •   Globe - Click to access the supplier website.
  •   Magnifying Glass - Click to search a supplier catalog without leaving the marketplace.
  •  Envelope - Request for additional denominations for the gift card catalogs. An email will be sent to the Card Services and cyBUY teams.
  • RFQ Icon

     RFQ Icon - Request a quote from one or more suppliers. Quotes will be delivered via email. To check out with the quote, the link will be in the upper right of the marketplace.

Suppliers Not Yet Transitioned to the New Marketplace

Some suppliers are not yet integrated into the new marketplace. But don’t worry—you can still purchase from them! Contact the sales representative below for a quote. Payment can be on a Purchasing Card (P-Card) or if over the P-Card limit enter a Non-Catalog Requisition.
