Contract Description
Procurement Services has awarded contracts to multiple suppliers for the purchase of a wide range of task chairs. Each chair went through an extensive evaluation process, including ergonomic requirements, cost, use of features, comfort, and construction.
Each chair can be purchased with all of the ergonomic features, or some may be removed if requested. Samples of these chairs are located in the Procurement Services Department in a designated location.
Requestors should contact the Procurement Agent listed above to make an appointment to view the chairs at Procurement Services.
How to Do Business with Supplier
Procurement Services has a sample of each task chair available to try out. Please contact Tisha Campbell (4-4542) to set up an appointment to try out task chairs. Information on ordering the chair will be given when the chair is selected at the appointment.
Task chairs from Workspace can be ordered through the Workspace catalog in cyBUY and will be delivered by Workspace. All other task chairs would need to be ordered via a non-catalog requisition in Workday and will be delivered by Central Receiving.
