Contract Description
ISU have agreed on an Local Negotiated Rate (LNR) for suppliers and employees of Iowa State University. The LNR rate is $114 per night plus tax (Double Queen or King Room). This rate is intended for business purposes only and negotiated for individual travel only. Groups are comprised of 10+ rooms per night and subject to a different rate.
Iowa State’s agreed upon room rate will be available besides blackout dates below:
- August 30, 2024 - September 1, 2024
- September 20, 2024 - September 22, 2024
- October 4, 2024 - October 6, 2024
- October 18, 2024 - October 20, 2024
- November 8, 2024 - November 10, 2024
- November 15, 2024 - November 17, 2024
- November 29, 2024 - November 31, 2024
- May 16, 2025 - May 18, 2025
